team. The seller is also a personal
friend. We work only with “Final
Burners” or authorized
traders by the “Final Burners” and these conditions must
be stated in letters by the final burner.

All of the contracts are
FOB Colombian
ports, we do not sale SPOTS or trial orders. The
procedures are very simple and straight forward. We can do with one
buyer up to **0,**0 MT monthly, the contract can be from 1 year up
to 5 years.
In order to
move forward with any one of these deals, we will need a LOI in the
Letter Head of the Buyer (with seller’s, price, procedures,
conditions and payment terms “COPIED & PASTED”) + Full Banking
with soft prove authorization + NCNDA. We will not respond to any
inquiries of changes or deviation from the terms already expressed
in each SCO.
We will need the following
documents:
Ø LOI in the letter head of the end buyer (FINAL
BURNER), or TRADER authorized to buy coal for the final burner;
with the Seller’s procedures, price, terms & conditions “copied
& pasted” in the LOI, full banking & soft prove
authorization. Quantity.
Ø Mandate Letter from the “FINAL
BURNER”.
Ø Letter of Certificate of FINAL BURNER, with the
burning volume capacity, or Letter from “Final Burner” authorizing
the TRADER to buy coal for him.
